Most cold outreach fails because everyone gets the same message. This free skill filters LinkedIn for your exact buyer, pulls the list, and builds a personalized lead magnet for each name on it. Copy it below. Setup takes about ten minutes.
You export a list of prospects. You write one message. You paste it fifty times with the name swapped.
They can tell. So they scroll past.
The fix is not a sharper template. It is handing each prospect something built for them before you ask for anything back. That is what this skill does on its own. You give it a list. It builds a personalized lead magnet for every person on it, one web app per name.
Why The Same Message Sent Fifty Times Stops Working
Cold outreach has one job. Prove you did the work before they did. A generic pitch proves the opposite.
Everyone owns the same tools now. The same swipe files. The same "personalized" opener that drops in a company name and calls it done. Buyers have read that line a hundred times. A merge field is not personalization, and they know the difference on sight.
The real constraint is effort. You can write one pitch that actually lands, built around one person's business. You cannot write two hundred by hand. So most people trade relevance for reach, send the same thing to everyone, and get ignored either way.
This workflow removes the trade. It keeps the reach and adds back the relevance. Each prospect gets a one-page web app that speaks to their role and their company. Not a PDF that could have gone to anyone.
The Live Test
I ran this on a real list to see if it held up. Filtered LinkedIn for the target. Pulled the list. Fed it in.
It went from a row of leads to a live, personalized web app in seconds. Each page named the prospect and framed the offer around their situation. That is the whole point of putting it in your hands: you see the output before you trust it.
Copy The Skill
Paste this into your agent. Fill the three fields at the top. That is the setup.

--- name: linkedin-lead-magnet-workflow description: Filter LinkedIn for your exact target client, scrape the list, and auto-build a personalized lead magnet web app for each prospect. Use when you want cold outreach that is not generic. --- # LinkedIn Lead Magnet Workflow > What this does, in one line: turn a LinkedIn list into a set of > personalized lead magnet web apps, one per prospect, built > automatically in Replit from a single prompt. ## Before you start (fill these in) These are the only things you provide. Everything else is automatic. | Fill in | What it is | Example | |---|---|---| | [YOUR_ICP] | Your ideal client profile: role, company size, industry, geography | "Founder or CEO, professional services, 5 to 50 employees, English-speaking" | | [YOUR_OFFER] | What you help clients do, one sentence | "I help coaches and consultants systematize their sales process using AI" | | [REPLIT_ACCOUNT] | Your Replit username (a free account works) | "yourname" | > If you do not have one of these yet, the skill tells you exactly > where to get it the first time you run it. ## What you need installed - A LinkedIn account (free basic works; Sales Navigator gives better filters) - A list export tool: Apollo.io free tier, Hunter.io, or LinkedIn's own CSV export - A Replit account (free, replit.com) - An AI agent: Claude or Codex (free tiers work) ## How to use it 1. Put this SKILL.md where your agent looks for skills. In an agent CLI, that is a skills/linkedin-lead-magnet-workflow/ folder. Or paste this whole file into a new chat and say "follow this skill". 2. Fill in the fields above. 3. Then tell your agent: "Run the linkedin-lead-magnet-workflow with this list: [paste your CSV or list of prospects]". ## The workflow (what the agent does) 1. Reads the prospect list. The agent parses the CSV or list you paste in. It extracts name, company, role, and any extra context columns (bio, industry, location). 2. Builds the lead magnet template. The agent generates a base lead magnet web app in Replit: a clean one-page layout that presents your offer and a reason to reply. The headline, the hook paragraph, and the call to action are structured to be personalized per prospect. 3. Personalizes for each prospect. For each row in your list, the agent generates a variant where the headline references the prospect's role or company challenge, the hook connects your offer to their context, and the call to action names them. No two pages are the same. 4. Deploys each page. The agent creates each personalized lead magnet as a live Replit URL, one link per prospect. 5. Outputs the outreach list. The agent returns a table: Prospect Name | Company | Personalized URL. You paste the URL into your message. 6. Suggests the message. The agent drafts a one-paragraph opener for each prospect that references their page: "Hi [Name], I built something specific to [Company] for you: [URL]". ## If something goes wrong - Replit build fails at scale: run one prospect first to confirm the structure works. Once the first page is live, tell the agent to replicate the pattern for the rest. - Personalization is too generic: add more context columns to your CSV. Include the prospect's LinkedIn headline, a recent post topic, or the company description. More context in means more specific output. - LinkedIn blocks your export: use Apollo.io (free tier gives 50 exports a month) or Hunter.io to build the same list. Both export clean CSVs. - Replit page not loading: ask the agent to check the deployment step and confirm the Replit project is set to public.
How To Use It
Drop the file where your agent looks for skills, or paste it into a fresh chat and say "follow this skill". Fill in three fields: who your buyer is, what you do for them, and your Replit username. Then hand it your list with one line: "Run the linkedin-lead-magnet-workflow with this list," and paste your CSV.
What You Get Back
A parsed list. The agent reads your CSV and pulls name, company, role, and any extra context you gave it.
A base template. One clean lead magnet page built in Replit, structured so the headline, hook, and call to action swap per prospect.
A page per prospect. Each one names the person, references their role or company, and frames your offer around their situation. No two are identical.
A table of live links. Prospect name, company, and the personalized URL, ready to drop straight into your message.
A drafted opener. One short outreach paragraph per prospect, already pointing at their page.
Make It Repeatable
Run it once and you have used it. Save the file in your skills folder and you own it. It sits there for the next list, and the one after that, on Claude or Codex either way.
The version above is the starting structure. As you feed it richer lists, add columns, and tighten your offer line, the output gets sharper. Treat it as a base you extend, not a black box you run once.
Honest: Where This Breaks
This is a head start, not a finished funnel.
The page it builds is only as good as the offer behind it. Automate a weak pitch and you have just found a faster way to get ignored. Fix the offer first.
Replit can stall when you push many pages at once. Build one, confirm it works, then scale the pattern. Do not fire two hundred deploys blind.
The personalization is thin if the input is thin. A name and a company give you a name and a company. Feed it a headline, a recent post, a real company description, and it has something to work with.
And skip this entirely if you cannot yet name your ideal client in one sentence. The skill scales whatever you point it at. Point it at a vague target and it scales the vagueness.
Close
If you do one thing this week, run it on ten names, not two hundred.
Pick ten prospects you actually want. Fill the three fields. Feed it the list and read the ten pages it hands back. If they are good enough to send, send them. If they are not, you spent ten minutes and learned exactly which column was missing.
Ten names. One list. See it for yourself before you scale it.
